Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Our Delivery Partners
To ensure your order arrives on time, we partner with trusted carriers like Royal Mail and DPD. The carrier used will be automatically selected based on your chosen delivery speed and your order’s value for the safest and most efficient service.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery – £5.95 (FREE on orders over £99)
    Delivered within 3-5 business days via Royal Mail.

  • Express Tracked Delivery – £8.95
    Delivered within 1-2 business days via a tracked courier (DPD). Special UPS delivers can be arranged if selected during checkout.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.

For subscription orders, we accept a wider range of cards, including American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.

How to cancel my order?

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

How to Request a Cancellation:

  1. Please contact our team immediately.

  2. You must provide your order number.

  3. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped:
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has left our warehouse. In this case, you can return the items for a full refund after you receive them. Please refer to our [Returns & Refunds Policy] for instructions.

Wrong Item Missing or Faulty!

We’re here to help if something isn’t right. We work hard to get every order perfect, but we know mistakes can happen. 

  • Wrong Item? Email us with your order number and a photo of what you received. Do not return it until we instruct you to do so.

  • Missing Item? Please first check your email (including spam) for any notifications about split shipments or out-of-stock items.

  • Faulty Item? Contact us within 7 days with your order number, details of the issue, and photos.

For all issues, please contact our customer service team. If a fault is confirmed, you will receive a replacement or a full refund, including postage.

Returns & Refunds!

Please wrap items securely and label clearly with your order number on the outside of the packaging.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you.

 

If you are due a refund, your original method of payment will determine how we reimburse you.

  • Credit/debit card – If you paid by credit or debit card, we’ll refund the same card originally used to place and pay for the order. It may take up to 5 working days depending on your bank.
  • PayPal – we’ll process a refund to your PayPal account.

How long does a refund take?

Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 10 working days depending on your payment provider.

If your return hasn’t reached us after the returns timeframe, please get in touch with your proof of postage so we can help you further.

If you chose a tracked delivery service, you can follow your order’s progress using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Please note: Standard (non-tracked) services do not have this feature.
